Job Title (Designation): Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Grade / Salary: M-13

Reporting Manager: Managing Director/Director

Professional Qualification: Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).

Any bachelor's degree with relevant experience

Experience Required: 20-30 Years Preferably from F&B, Retail, Hospitality industry.

Required Key Skill:

- Proven experience as a CEO, COO, Vice President, or Senior Executive in the food service or hospitality industry (catering preferred).

- Strong business acumen and financial literacy.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Demonstrated success in scaling operations and improving profitability.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

Strategic:

- Develop and execute long-term business strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth objectives.

- Identify new market opportunities and service innovations to expand the catering footprint.

- Establish short and long-term goals aligned with the company's mission and vision.

Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring quality control, efficiency, and timely service.

- Implement systems and processes that enhance productivity and service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food regulations.

Financial Oversight:

- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Daily & Monthly P&L Management.

- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.

- Work with finance and accounting teams to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.

Sales and Marketing:

- Lead marketing and branding initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement.

- Foster relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to build the company's reputation and market share.

- Oversee pricing strategies, proposals, and contracts for catering events.

Team Leadership & Liaison:

- Build a strong organizational culture focused on customer service, innovation, and accountability.

- Coach and mentor department heads and key team members.

- Liaison with IRCTC Sr. Leadership.

Working: 06 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Work Location: New Delhi - HO
