RJ Corp - Chief Financial Officer

Role Justification:

- The role exists to provide strategic leadership to the finance function- in order to drive and support business growth by ensuring timely availability of working capital, driving checks and controls to ensure financial targets are met and develop systems and capabilities which makes finance processes more robust.

Responsibilities:

- Budgetary Planning - Lead integrated annual budgeting and forecasting processes

- Drive alignment of financial plans with business goals

- Monitor adherence to budgets

- Financial Control & Accounting - Oversee financial reporting and MIS with actionable insights

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements

- Manage vendor payment processes and internal controls

- Taxation - Manage all Direct & Indirect Tax compliance including GST, TDS, and Income Tax

- Handle tax assessments, filings, and disputes

- Cost Control & Supply Chain Finance - Lead cost optimization across business functions

- Partner with procurement on price controls and inventory planning

- Optimize payables/receivables

- Compliances, Audits & Controls - Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

- Facilitate internal & external audits

- Establish risk and control frameworks

- Process Improvement & Automation - Lead digitization of finance function

- Streamline finance operations through ERP or automation tools

- People Management - Drive team performance and development

- Structure finance organization for scale

Experience & Competencies:

- Education Qualifications Chartered Accountant (+ MBA / CFA added advantage)

- Experience 20 Years+, preferably from FMCG, Manufacturing, Engineering industries which operate in B2B business environment
