Responsibilities
- Coordination of Total Rewards processes in relation to local markets
- Conduct job evaluations, maintain job description, participate in market surveys, collate and analyze market data and maintain compensation survey data
- Develop total rewards communication materials/information kits for the total rewards programs & activities
- Administer all rewards activities, i.e. compensation review cycles, variable/bonus cycles, project compensation, off-cycle promotions, etc
- All items related to benefits including administration of benefits programs
Requirements
- Strong experience with rewards, sales incentives, bonus calculation, Validation, Analysis, comp benchmarking etc.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel with knowledge of HRIS system
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
