About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join our Finance team. This hybrid role combines Revenue Management with Accounts Receivable (AR) oversight, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, optimized pricing strategies, and healthy cash flow through efficient receivables management.

The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, AR process expertise, and analytical capabilities to provide insights that directly influence growth strategies and senior leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Management:

- Monitor, analyze, and report revenue streams across multiple business units, channels, and clients.

- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support pricing strategies and margin analysis.

- Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in line with Ind AS and applicable accounting standards.

- Develop and maintain revenue reporting models, dashboards, and KPIs with the commercial team.

- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for revenue-related metrics.

- Provide data-driven insights to senior management to support growth and profitability strategies.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end AR lifecycle including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.

- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and minimal overdue exposure.

- Define credit terms, perform credit assessments, and manage credit risk exposure.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies or client concerns.

- Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, cash flow projections, and provisions for doubtful debts.

- Support internal and external audits related to revenue and AR processes.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (required).

- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Experience:

- 4-8 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or AR functions at AM/Manager level.

- Strong understanding of Ind AS revenue recognition principles and accounting frameworks.

- Prior experience in FMCG or Manufacturing revenue models is required.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and advanced Excel.

- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).

- Knowledge of tax regulations relevant to receivables, including GST, TDS, etc.

Core Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

- Excellent presentation and communication abilities for senior leadership interactions.

- Proven relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.

- Team-oriented mindset suited for fast-paced, high-growth environments.
