Position: Retention Manager Marketing Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven customer retention strategies.
- Manage CRM tools and design campaigns to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Launch targeted retention initiatives, including loyalty programs and reactivation campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to improve the overall user journey.
- Track key metrics like repeat rate, churn, and customer lifetime value to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retention marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with experience using marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Background in beauty, wellness, e-commerce, or service-based industries is preferred.
