About the Role:

- We are seeking a Retail Head - Operations to lead and manage our retail business in the meat industry.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail outlets, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales, and enhancing the customer experience.

- This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in retail operations, sales, supply chain, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end retail operations across multiple meat retail stores in Bangalore.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profitability, and customer engagement.

- Ensure operational efficiency, adherence to SOPs, and quality control standards.

- Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and retail teams to achieve performance targets.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.

- Implement and oversee marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

- Handle financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management for retail operations.

- Optimize customer service strategies to enhance the shopping experience and loyalty.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, marketing, and finance, to ensure business success.

Key Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the meat or food industry.

- Proven experience in managing multiple retail outlets and driving business growth.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and food safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

- Ability to develop and execute business strategies for revenue growth.

- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.

- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and retail management software.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
