RetailEZ - Business Analyst - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI/CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the Managing Director in strategic decision-making, investment analysis, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, research capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including legal, tax, and investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Strategic Research & Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth research on competitors, market trends, and potential acquisition targets, providing actionable insights.

- Analyze industry reports, engage with consultants, and finalize the scope of external stakeholders.

- Perform competitive analysis and evaluate strategic business scenarios.

B. Financial Analysis & Investment Evaluation:

- Develop and maintain financial models to assess business opportunities and investments.

- Evaluate investment proposals and assist in due diligence processes.

- Prepare MIS reports for family office investments and track financial performance.

- Assist in tax planning and structuring in collaboration with tax consultants.

C. Business Development & Stakeholder Management:

- Support new business initiatives by collecting and analyzing relevant data.

- Prepare creative presentations and reports for decision-making.

- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.

- Work with legal teams, investment bankers, and tax consultants on corporate structuring and compliance.

D. Corporate Strategy & Execution:

- Contribute to corporate brand-building initiatives and strategic planning.

- Assist in documentation of reports, agreements, and investment-related documents.

- Support fundraising efforts for new business ventures.

- Monitor the performance of new initiatives and provide analytical insights.

Educational Qualifications:

Qualified CA or MBA in Finance from Tier 1 Institutes
