About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support projects across merchandising, supply chain, store operations, demand forecasting, replenishment, and space planning.
- Conduct data-driven analysis of business processes and financial performance to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client and internal teams to co-create transformation roadmaps and operating models.
- Drive change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption and sustained impact.
- Contribute to business development through proposal creation, thought leadership, and knowledge capital development.

Experience Required:

- Functional exposure to minimum two retail domains such as merchandising, forecasting, supply chain, space planning, etc.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA from a Tier 1 B-school (IIM / ISB / XLRI / SPJIMR / MDI or equivalent)
