Job description:

Role & responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading operations for the brand at Pan India Level.

- Accountable for operations excellence, financial performance, service standards, staff performance, business compliances and upholding brand standards and best industry standards in all stores.

- Spearheaded the brand expansion by identifying the strategic retail locations for market penetration through an effective launch program.

- Ability to develop the growth strategy and execute it on the ground for the organization through building people capabilities.

- Assessing store environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching to above store leaders and store management team to take action and achieve goals.

- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes while ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

- Roll-out Leadership Development initiatives for succession planning & career development.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Food and Beverage Retail Business expert with rich experience in managing Operations, Brand expansion and other activities.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide operations and training teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

- Solid understanding of P&L management, instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and modern training methodologies.

- Ability to analyse business needs, develop business plans, and evaluate the effectiveness.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Able to develop a culture of high standards, excellent quality, and customer responsiveness
