Resource Fulfillment Manager:



- We are seeking a Resource Fulfillment Manager with 610 years of experience in end-to-end resource planning and staffing, preferably in large-scale IT or consulting environments.



- The ideal candidate should have managed 600+ headcount and handled 150+ staffing demands, demonstrating strong strategic thinking, operational execution, and excellent communication skills.



Key Responsibilities:



- Partner with business stakeholders for resource forecasting aligned with revenue goals.



- Review, analyze, and strategize demand fulfillment plans across multiple business units.



- Manage end-to-end resource planning, including internal deployment, roll-offs, and external hiring needs.



- Coordinate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring and onboarding.



- Monitor and track utilization, bench strength, and implement plans to improve overall productivity.



- Govern and optimize bench size and cost by planning effective resource movements.



- Plan and execute offshore/onsite transitions based on project demands.



- Maintain visibility over unbilled and buffer resources to ensure cost efficiency.



- Collaborate with vertical/service line leaders and enabling functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Delivery) for seamless execution.



- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing resource management team.



Key Skills and Requirements:



- Proven experience managing large-scale resource pools (600+ HC) and high-volume staffing demands (150+).



- Strong understanding of IT/Consulting resource planning and utilization strategies.



- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.



- Proficient in using workforce management tools, Excel, and internal tracking dashboards.



- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and forecast needs effectively.



- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines.



- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and guiding teams.



Preferred Qualifications:



- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.



- Prior experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Large Enterprise Resource Management
