Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling aligned with business growth (- 100 Cr - 250 Cr scale).

- Lead long-term business planning, cash flow forecasting, and capital deployment.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

- Work closely with the CEO and external partners to raise pre-Series A and future rounds (- 20 Cr+).

- Prepare investor decks, financial projections, and due diligence materials.

- Build strong relationships with VCs, banks, and financial institutions.

Business Finance & Performance Tracking

- Establish and oversee robust MIS, unit economics, and financial KPIs across business units.

- Guide clinic-level profitability metrics, margin optimization, and pricing strategy.

Finance Operations & Governance

- Oversee accounts, payroll, AP/AR, reconciliations, and vendor payments.

- Lead financial audits, statutory filings, and tax compliance.

- Implement scalable finance systems for multi-location clinical operations.

Risk Management & Compliance

- Ensure legal compliance with all applicable laws - ROC, GST, TDS, FDI, MCA, etc.

- Mitigate financial and operational risks through strong controls and internal audits.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance; at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent; healthcare or multi-unit business exposure is a plus.

- Experience in fundraising, investor communications, and financial storytelling.

- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ethical integrity.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-driven, mission-oriented environment.
