Regional Operations & Clinic Performance:

- Lead and manage 3050 clinics across Delhi NCR, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- Drive patient experience, recovery outcomes, SOP adherence, and infrastructure excellence.

- Review daily reports (PSM, enrollments, therapy feedback) to guide clinic teams.
