Role Overview

As General Manager - Hyderabad Clinics, you will lead the full operations of all existing and upcoming ResearchAyu clinics in the region. You will ensure that patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and team performance are all aligned with our mission of healing through innovation and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Clinic Oversight

- Manage and mentor the existing team of RS Doctors, Counselors, Therapists, Branch Managers, and Support Staff across 7 clinics (scaling up to 30).

- Ensure 100% compliance with ResearchAyu SOPs, clinical protocols, hygiene, reporting, and patient care standards.

2. Patient Outcome & Recovery Leadership

Monitor and improve:

- Recovery ratios (especially cartilage regrowth and autoimmune normalization)

- Patient satisfaction and NPS

- Therapy execution and follow-ups

- Drive weekly and monthly audit mechanisms for recovery and operations

3. People Leadership

- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing clinic staff

- Resolve team conflicts, motivate field teams, and enforce high discipline

- Lead team reviews, training sessions, and escalations

4. Performance Monitoring

- Daily review of PSM, enrollment metrics, therapy counts, and patient tracking dashboards

- Report actionable insights to central leadership

- Initiate performance correction plans

5. New Clinic Launches

- Lead setup of 20+ new clinics in Hyderabad in the next year

- Coordinate infra, hiring, training, and launch

- Ensure seamless scale without quality compromise

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 12-20 years in hospital, clinic chain, or healthcare ops

- Should have handled multi-site healthcare operations

- Strong in team-building, compliance, crisis-handling, and data analytics

- Should speak Telugu and have strong understanding of Hyderabad demographics

- Ayurveda/holistic medicine experience preferred but not mandatory
