Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager of Marketing Communications to oversee and lead our marketing communications strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing both internal and external communication strategies, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with company goals, brand identity, and market trends.
- Brand Messaging & Positioning: Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and mediums. Lead the development and maintenance of the company's brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling content across channels including social media, website, email marketing, press releases, blogs, and more.
- Campaign Management: Lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and product/service adoption. Monitor and measure the performance of campaigns, optimizing for better results.
- Public Relations: Manage external communications with media, journalists, and influencers. Develop and nurture relationships with key media partners and help coordinate PR events, product launches, and media coverage.
- Internal Communications: Manage internal communications to ensure employees are aligned with marketing initiatives, company news, and strategic changes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of marketing communication professionals, providing guidance and support on projects and career development.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee and manage the marketing communications budget, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum impact.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Utilize this data to refine communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and digital marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Expertise in project management, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
