Role Overview:

- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of the company's long-term strategic initiatives with a focus on solutions for incurable diseases. Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy.

- New Business Initiatives: Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging areas of healthcare innovation to expand ResearchAyu's impact. Lead the conceptualization, development, and launch of new initiatives that align with company goals.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify unmet healthcare needs and potential areas for expansion. Evaluate competition, customer needs, and scientific breakthroughs to refine product and service offerings.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, operations, marketing, and other teams to translate strategic ideas into actionable projects. Provide leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.

- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government agencies, and academic institutions, to build relationships and foster collaboration on new initiatives.

- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation within the company. Stay ahead of trends in healthcare research, technology, and treatment methodologies to maintain ResearchAyu's competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in strategy, business development, or innovation management, ideally within the healthcare

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the areas of chronic and incurable diseases.

- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex business challenges.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

- Leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale initiatives.
