Job Overview:

The HRBP will be a key strategic partner to the leadership team, helping align HR initiatives with business goals, drive workforce planning, and ensure high operational rigor in the employee lifecycle. You will take charge of employee engagement, talent development, and retention strategies, fostering a workplace culture that promotes growth, collaboration, and innovation. The HRBP will also provide actionable insights and solutions to reduce attrition and improve overall workforce performance, with a focus on building a scalable, agile workforce that supports the company's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy:

- Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to support business growth.

- Anticipate hiring needs based on business objectives and growth projections, and work closely with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies.

- Advise on talent gaps and succession planning to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction across the organization.

- Collaborate with leadership to maintain and promote a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture.

- Regularly assess employee feedback through surveys, one-on-ones, and other channels, and implement actionable solutions based on insights gathered.

- Develop programs that encourage recognition, reward, and professional growth, leading to increased employee satisfaction and retention.

Attrition Reduction & Retention Strategies:

- Develop and implement innovative programs and initiatives aimed at reducing turnover and enhancing employee retention.

- Analyze and address the root causes of attrition, and create targeted interventions to keep high-performing employees engaged and committed to the company.

- Develop and manage onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

HR Interventions to Support Business Growth:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design, leadership development, and talent management, supporting the achievement of key business objectives.

- Provide HR expertise in areas such as performance management, compensation strategy, and employee relations to ensure alignment with business priorities.

- Lead HR initiatives that support rapid scaling, including workforce optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptability in an evolving startup environment.

Employee Lifecycle Management with Operational Excellence:

- Ensure high operational rigor in managing the employee lifecycle-from hiring and onboarding to career development, promotions, and exits.

- Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring that systems for performance reviews, training, promotions, and compensation are consistently followed.

- Implement best practices for employee data management, compliance, and reporting, ensuring the HR function supports the organization's long-term success.

Leadership Development & Coaching:

- Coach and mentor managers and leaders across the company to enhance leadership capabilities, strengthen team dynamics, and drive performance.

- Collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives that develop future leaders and ensure leadership continuity as the company grows.

Compliance & Best Practices:

- Ensure all HR activities comply with legal regulations, including employment law, benefits administration, and workplace safety.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market best practices, and legal changes to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant in HR matters.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years as an HRBP or similar role in a high-growth or startup environment.

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.

- Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals and to drive organizational growth through effective workforce planning and HR interventions.
