Job Summary :
Director of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and optimal performance of all operational processes. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration across departments to enhance our service delivery and operational excellence. This role involves designing SOPs, deploying throughput optimization and strong understanding of inventory controls and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy :
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Identify and prioritize operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Process Optimization and Capacity Planning:
- Streamline processes across all operational functions to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, technology, and customer service teams to align operational capabilities with business goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and external Partners to enhance overall efficiency.
Customer Experience:
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences by refining operational processes.
- Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
