Role Overview:

As City Sales Head, you will define and execute sales strategies, build a high-performance team, and drive revenue growth. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, execution excellence, and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to drive patient conversions and revenue growth.

- Sales Playbooks & Processes: Design and implement sales playbooks to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.

- Team Building & Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performance sales & business development team.

- Motivating & Coaching Teams: Inspire and empower teams with goal-setting, incentives, and a winning culture.

- Channel Partnerships: Develop partnerships with doctors, physiotherapists, and wellness professionals to drive patient referrals.

- Data-Driven Approach: Use analytics tools (CRM, dashboards) to monitor performance and optimize strategy.

- Market Expansion: Identify new locations for clinic expansion and execute on-ground activation campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:

- Education: MBA from IIM/ISB or Engineering from IIT/NIT (or equivalent top-tier institutes).

- Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership roles (healthcare, wellness, SaaS, consumer tech, or insurance preferred).

- Proven Track Record: Strong experience in scaling revenue, sales strategy, and team leadership.

- Leadership & Team Building: Ability to recruit, train, and drive a high-energy sales team.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Hands-on execution with a growth-focused, high-ownership attitude.

- Process & Data-Oriented: Comfortable using CRM, sales automation tools, and data-driven decision-making.
