What You'll Do:

- Financial Strategy & Analysis: Use your expertise to assess financial data, track performance, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. You'll be the driving force behind the financial models that help steer our company toward long-term success.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Play a key role in budgeting and forecasting to ensure we stay on track to meet our strategic goals. Your financial acumen will guide the development of cost-effective strategies that align with our mission to improve patient outcomes.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: You'll be the go-to expert for financial analysis that drives decision-making across various departments. By providing data-backed recommendations, you'll directly influence how we manage resources, reduce costs, and maximize efficiency.

- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams-such as operations, clinical, and IT departments-to support financial planning and ensure business objectives are met in alignment with overall healthcare goals.

- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare insightful financial reports that highlight key performance metrics, variances, and trends. You'll also ensure that our finance practices adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.
