Research Associate - Investment Banking/KPO

We're looking for an Associate to work closely with senior investment professionals (PE, VC, Family Offices, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks) and lead internal analyst teams across a variety of high-impact projects.

What You'll Do:

- Interact with global investment teams on strategic and investment research

- Lead and mentor Analysts on project delivery

- Build and review financial models and valuation analyses

- Conduct industry and company research

- Prepare investment memorandums and IC presentations

- Contribute across the full investment lifecycle





What We're Looking For:

- 2-5 years of experience in investment research / consulting / corporate finance

- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

- Solid grasp of valuation techniques (DCF, comps, transactions)

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

- Experience working with PE, VC, or investment banks is a plus
