JOB DESCRIPTION - PERFORMANCE MARKETING
Digital Strategy & Campaign Development:
- Lead and manage performance marketing strategies for marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy).
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital campaigns, including Display, Search, Top-funnel, and Lower-funnel initiatives.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through paid search, display, remarketing, shopping, and affiliate channels.
Brand Metrics & Performance Management:
- Own and optimize marketing budgets to deliver maximum ROI.
- Deliver on brand metrics across the funnel: Discovery, Awareness, Engagement, Consideration, Conversions, and Organic Reach Growth.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, ACOS, conversions, etc.).
- Oversee campaign budgets and ensure ROAS/ACOS targets are met or exceeded.
Other Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with the creative/content team to ensure compelling ad messaging and visuals.
- Enhance product visibility by creating A+ Content, SEO optimization, and PDP images for platforms.
- Work closely with sales, category managers, and marketplace ad teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
