Position Title: Lead - Marketplaces and DTC

Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred)
Experience: 6 - 10 yrs. of total experience with minimum 4 years of experience in managing 3P marketplace channel sales, preferably in footwear/apparel categories.
Any additional requirement:
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary):
The primary responsibility shall be end to end management of 3P marketplace and DTC channel with focus on achieving sales targets, manage discounts, maintaining seller account health and operational excellence leading to overall channel profitability.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Financial:
1. Achieve monthly sales targets
2. Manage discounts basis overall budgets
3. Negotiate commercials with marketplaces to improve profitability
4. Maintain seller account health by ensuring achievement of operational KPIs (Seller cancellation, SLA break, speed of deliver, regional utilization etc)
5. Liaison with marketing team to ensure maximum possible ROI on marketing investments
Customer Oriented:
1. DTC UI/UX enhancement
2. GTM planning for DTC
People Oriented:
1. Timely Information sharing with relevant stake holders
2. Encouraging & building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
Internal Business Process:
1. AOP planning at account level
2. Adhering to discounting guardrails
3. Liaison with category and planning team to plan adequate inventory availability with right assortment.
