Position Title: Analytics Manager - Ecommerce

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred)
Experience: 5 - 8 yrs. of total experience with minimum 3 years of experience in managing analytics for Ecommerce.

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary):
The primary responsibility shall be to do sales and inventory data analysis for Ecommerce channel and share insights that shall help in driving revenue growth, optimizing marketing performance, improving customer journey, identifying opportunities, highlighting risks and enable overall faster data driven decision making.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Overall:
- Automate key sales and inventory reporting dashboards for E-commerce and Quick commerce channels.
- Prepare weekly review decks with necessary data insights
- Manage and maintain the sales data repository
- Track business critical KPIs and identify right inputs to drive improvement
- Liaison with sales, marketing and merchandising teams
- Liaison with Finance team to drive cost efficiencies
- Support Business head and Finance partner for AOP planning at account level
- Timely information sharing with relevant stakeholders

- Optimize spending and maximize ROI basis marketing performance insights.
- Competition benchmarking for KPIs like ASP and Conversion %
- Overall management of digital sales data.
- Overall management of DTC consumer experience
