Relationship Manager
We are seeking an experienced and customer-savvy Relationship Manager - Sales Channels to drive high-value sales for our premium wellness retreats, this role will cater to the Southeast Asia market and is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury, relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and sales channels across Southeast Asia
- Act as the face of the brand for high-end customers and channel partners, offering personalized engagement and service.
- Leverage a consultative approach to relationship management-ensuring premium client experiences and long-term loyalty.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the luxury and wellness segment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, resorts) to deliver seamless customer journeys.
- Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and channel alliances to drive bookings and revenue.
- Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to refine approach.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in relationship management, luxury sales, or hospitality sales.
- Strong network and understanding of the luxury wellness or travel segment is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to connect with discerning clients.
- Highly proactive, customer-obsessed, and results-oriented.
- Ability to travel occasionally if required.
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in wellness, hospitality, or premium brand sales
- Exposure to Southeast Asian markets is an added advantage
