About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Relationship Manager with a proven background in IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security solutions. This role is critical to strengthening our presence in the domestic Gujarat enterprise market. The individual will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across Storage, Servers, Cyber Security, and Cloud services.

This is a senior customer-facing position that requires deep market understanding, strong solution-selling expertise, and high-level client engagement skills, including interacting with CXO-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across Gujarat for storage, servers, cyber security, and cloud solutions.

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures.

- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies tailored to the Gujarat domestic market.

- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise customers, key decision-makers, and influencers.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their IT challenges and aligning solutions to their business objectives.

- Maintain strong engagement with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership teams.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and support.

Market Development & Strategy

- Drive market penetration in Gujarat with a focus on large enterprises, corporates, and mid-market clients.

- Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners to create joint go-to-market initiatives.

- Conduct regular market intelligence to track competitor activities, industry trends, and technology adoption.

- Provide strategic input for product positioning, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

Internal Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with solution architects, technical consultants, and pre-sales teams to design customized solutions.

- Coordinate with delivery and support teams to ensure seamless project implementation.

- Mentor and guide junior sales professionals where applicable.

- Prepare regular pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and account plans for management review.

Key Skills & Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure sales (Storage, Servers, Cyber Security, Cloud).

- Strong business network and proven track record in the domestic Gujarat market.

- Prior experience handling large enterprise and corporate accounts.

- Demonstrated success in achieving multi-crore annual revenue targets.

- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong connections with OEMs, distributors, and system integrators.

- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.

- Excellent command over English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred for local market penetration).
