Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-focused professional to manage and grow our HNI client base. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building strong investor relationships, understanding client needs, and driving high-value investment sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and manage HNI & Ultra HNI clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with investors.
- Understand client investment needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for high-ticket investment products.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and suggest investment strategies.
- Network through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, products, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in HNI sales, wealth management, or high-ticket B2C sales.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investments, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure, target-driven environments.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (MBA preferred).
