Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to drive growth in the Healthcare and Education finance segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions to hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, and allied businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new clients in the healthcare and education sectors.

- Manage and grow a portfolio of institutional clients.

- Structure, negotiate, and close financial solutions including term loans, working capital, and project finance.

- Conduct credit assessments and work closely with internal risk and credit teams.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in SME or institutional lending.

- Proven track record in relationship management and business development.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare and education financing ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
