Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with government bodies, institutions, and TASC entities. The role requires a strong understanding of government banking products and regulatory requirements, along with a proven ability to manage large institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and onboard new clients from the government and TASC segment.

- Maintain and grow existing relationships with government departments, educational institutions, NGOs, trusts, and societies.

- Offer customized banking solutions, including CASA, digital payments, salary accounts, and transaction banking.

- Drive revenue through cross-selling of products like term deposits, CMS, forex, and other liability products.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies.

- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 3-6 years of experience in government or institutional banking.

- Strong network in government departments and institutional circles is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
