Hiring for a renowned bank
Role Objective:
To manage and grow a portfolio of SME / Mid & Large Corporate clients by deepening existing relationships, acquiring new clients, and providing banking solutions across fund-based and non-fund-based products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, manage, and grow corporate client relationships (SME / Mid-Large corporates).
- Identify client requirements and offer appropriate banking products Working Capital, Term Loans, Trade Finance, Forex, Cash Management, Treasury, etc.
- Generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling of bank products.
- Conduct credit assessments, prepare proposals, and liaise with credit / risk teams for approvals.
- Ensure portfolio health by monitoring account conduct, early warning signals, and compliance with credit policies.
- Build long-term relationships with promoters, CFOs, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve assigned business targets (liabilities, assets, fee income).
- Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
