Role Purpose:
To manage and grow the portfolio of Large Corporate clients by offering a comprehensive suite of financial products, delivering customized solutions, ensuring superior client servicing, and maintaining strong risk and credit hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Originate and manage relationships with large corporate clients (typically with turnover above - 750 Cr).
- Deepen wallet share by cross-selling products like Working Capital, Term Loans, FX, Treasury, Trade Finance, Cash Management, and Investment Banking solutions.
- Drive new client acquisition and proactively identify business opportunities within the client ecosystem.
Credit & Risk Management
- Prepare detailed credit proposals, financial analysis, and risk assessments.
- Monitor portfolio quality, ensure early warning signals are tracked, and corrective actions are taken.
- Work closely with credit and risk teams for structuring, approvals, and renewals.
Product Knowledge & Solutioning
- Provide clients with bespoke solutions across debt products (fund-based and non-fund-based), structured finance, and capital market instruments.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including treasury, trade, CMS, and legal for seamless execution.
Revenue & Profitability
- Ensure revenue targets through interest income, fee income, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Focus on ROA/ROE benchmarks and optimize client-level profitability.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure strict adherence to bank's internal policies, RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and regulatory compliance.
- Keep documentation complete and up to date.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance/Marketing), CA, or equivalent post-graduate qualification.
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in corporate banking with exposure to large corporate clients.
