Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will drive the growth of the CRE business by acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring the delivery of business goals. The role requires hands-on sales experience in the CRE sector and strong local market knowledge.

Location: Mumbai & Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition:
- Identify and acquire new clients, including developers and businesses, for CRE products such as LAP and construction finance.
- Build strong relationships with brokers and referral partners to generate leads.
2. Business Development:
- Drive sales targets by effectively pitching products to potential clients.
- Ensure timely onboarding of clients and seamless execution of deals.
3. Market Intelligence:
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the region.
4. Risk and Compliance:
- Ensure all deals comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with credit and risk teams for smooth deal closure.
5. Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market activities to the Zonal Sales Leader.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven experience in CRE lending.
- Deep knowledge of the real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CRE sales.
- Education: Bachelors degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Location: Based in Job locations, with occasional travel as needed
