Relationship Manager in the Business Banking Group is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development of sourcing channels: Developing effective sourcing channels is essential for optimizing supply chains, reducing costs, and enhancing procurement efficiency.
- Portfolio Management: managing a collection of investments, assets, or projects to achieve specific financial goals and maximize returns while minimizing risks.
- It involves strategic decision-making regarding asset allocation, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
- Incremental Loan Outstanding: Closely monitor incremental loan outstanding as part of credit risk assessment.
- Manage their loan portfolios effectively, balancing incremental loan growth with the overall risk profile of their portfolio
- Delinquency Management & NPA Management: Involves strategies and processes to address and minimize overdue accounts.
- It focuses on timely intervention to collect payments and reduce the risk of accounts becoming non-performing.
- Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing: Develop sourcing channels that prioritize sustainability and ethical practices, evaluate suppliers based on their past business trend and policies.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of business clients, ensuring regular communication and support.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial assessments, and transactions in the bank's systems.
