Role: Relationship Manager - Sales

About the Company:

An RBI-approved online marketplace that helps MSMEs (small businesses) get faster access to cash by selling their unpaid invoices to banks and financiers.

What You'll Do:

- Acquire new corporate and MSME clients for the platform.

- Pitch and explain how invoice discounting helps businesses improve cash flow.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and finance leaders.

- Work with product, operations, and service teams to support client needs.

- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets.

What They're Looking For:

- 2-4 years' experience in sales/business development (banking, fintech, NBFC, or financial services).

- Graduate/MBA with knowledge of invoice/trade finance.

- Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.

- Ambitious, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in teams.
