Regional Treasury Manager - EMEA

Major Tasks / Activities

1. Treasury Management: (Liquidity and Risk Mangement)

- Partner with Region operational teams, to advise and support the business in all treasury matters, including funding and optimization of working capital using tools such as cash pooling, IHB and netting and centralization of global cash to serve with our external debt obligations

- Support optimization of all region bank relationships in conjunction with global banking strategies including service level management and bank charges for the EMEA region,

- Support debt compliance requirements and ensure regional banking is done with understanding of covenant compliance requirements

- In conjunction with global treasury operations team, establish processes to aggregate region information flows for analysis, and communication to the Group Treasurer and other senior leadership

- Daily cash positioning and management of the EMEA cashpool and IHB model,

- Foreign Exchange currency conversion/management globally

- Management of the external debt, Intercompany loan, IHB and quarterly interest computation and reconciliation of the global IC and IHB portfolio within the REVAL Treasury system.

- Bank guarantees and letters of credit

- Ensure enforcement and ongoing update of Treasury Policies

- Ensure support on compliance of the local Credit Facilities with the Global Master Facilities

- Managing Global and Regional Banking relationship and facilities

- Managing Regional controls in Internal/External Audits and KYC with banks.

2. Forecasting/Reporting

- Improvement and management of the 13th week cash forecast used for MOR report and analysis of variances on the weekly global liquidity report send to the leadership team

- Provide accrual and payment report of our external debt to our Luxembourg team

- Provide consolidate reports to Tax team to answer key tax assessment topics of the company

3. Managing one FTE Resource in EMEA to suppport the day to day cash management activities around the IHB, Cash pool, SE model reconcilicationManage and Lead Global projects like the Textile Effects M&A integration (pre and post closing), global system integration and etc (Global Treasury System) for the EMEA report and giving heavy support to the Latam/Noram colleagues.

4. Leading and managing the global IT infrastructure with all our banks, IT suppliers and IT team

5. Managing the global external-internal audit process for our external debt, Luxembourg tax hub and related topics like KYC, FBAR and FATCA requirements
