
Job Title: Regional Training Manager.
Department: Training & Development.
Channel: Banca.
Location: Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for frontline sales teams, managers, and new hires.
- Conduct Induction, Sales, Product, and Soft Skills training across multiple branches.
- Monitor training effectiveness and make improvements based on performance and feedback.
- Coordinate with Zonal/Branch Managers to identify training needs.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Manage a team of trainers (if applicable) and guide them in execution.
- Regularly travel across branches in the assigned region.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance sales/training.
- Strong communication, presentation & people management skills.
- Proficiency in regional language and English.
- Knowledge of life insurance products & IRDAI regulations.
