Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Telangana & Andhra Pradesh region. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the System Integration (SI) sector, with a focus on Data Collaboration, IT Infrastructure, and Networking domains. This individual will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by managing large and mid-enterprise accounts and establishing strong relationships with top Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the designated region (Telangana & AP).
- Account Management: Manage and grow large and mid-enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Foster a positive work environment with a focus on development and team success.
- OEM Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Extron, Crestron, Poly, Logitech, MTR, Zoom, and others to enhance product offerings and business opportunities.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, leading to a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales Target Achievement: Take ownership of regional sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- High-Value Sales: Focus on closing high-ticket sales and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies as needed. Report on regional sales performance and provide actionable insights.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in the System Integration (SI) sector, Data Collaboration, IT Infrastructure, and Networking domains.
- OEM Connections: Strong relationships with OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Extron, Crestron, Poly, Logitech, MTR, and Zoom.
- Enterprise Sales: Extensive experience working with large and mid-enterprise accounts, understanding their needs, and customizing solutions to meet those needs.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in managing and leading a team, with a focus on motivation, growth, and performance management.
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to close high-value deals with a focus on large-ticket sales and purchase orders.
- Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
