Job Description
Responsible for driving LAS sales in the assigned region through team leadership, channel development, and client acquisition.
Ensures business growth, portfolio quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor sales teams to achieve regional targets.
- Channel Development: Build partnerships with wealth managers, brokers, DPs, and distribution networks.
- Client Management: Ensure excellent client experience and portfolio retention.
- Credit Coordination: Liaise with credit/ops for smooth processing and compliance with LTV norms.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor offerings, pricing, and trends to stay ahead.
Key Skills:
- Deep understanding of LAS products and capital markets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze financials and manage secured lending risks.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or Business.
- 13-20 years in LAS or secured lending with team management experience.
- Background in NBFCs, banks, or wealth platforms preferred.
