Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager (Loan Against Property) will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and expanding the LAP business in the assigned region.
The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading and motivating the sales team, building strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing channels, and ensuring portfolio quality.
The incumbent will monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, ensure adherence to credit policies, and drive customer satisfaction through timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive LAP sales to achieve regional targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales team for optimum performance.
- Develop and maintain channel partner relationships.
- Ensure high-quality sourcing in line with credit guidelines.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and collections teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
