Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - South

Location: Bangalore

Function: Sales (General Trade)

Reports to: Director - Channel Sales

Role Objective:

To drive profitable sales growth across all channels in South India by leading a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers, ensuring deep distribution, and channel-specific execution excellence for our client's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead sales for South region across GT Channel.

- Manage a team of ASMs, with structured review and capability building

- Drive region's primary and secondary targets, returns control, and fill rate benchmarks

- Build and expand retail network with ROI-led partner selection

- Manage financial disciplines

- Ensure execution of trade schemes, promotions, and GTM strategies at ground level-

- Develop regional sales forecasts and Collaborate with marketing for regional activations, seasonal pushes, and visibility drives

- Anchor monthly reviews and reporting for the zone across business and people metrics

Education & Experience:-

- Graduate + MBA

- 10-14 years of sales experience in FMCG, Food service, Agri-tech, or Fresh category

- Proven track record in GT/MT regional leadership, team management, and execution

- Requirements to work 6 days a week

- Ownership driven individual

Key Skills:-

- Strategic thinking Execution discipline

- Channel P&L understanding (GT/MT/Institutional)-

- Regional partner & distributor management-

- strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, CRM, dashboards)
