Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations across various channels, including dealers, distributors, and appliance retailers within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will develop strategic partnerships, manage key accounts, and drive sales growth by building strong relationships with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company targets.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.

- Provide training, support, and motivation to channel partners to increase product sales.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to plan promotional activities and campaigns.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with channel partners.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience (10+ years) in channel sales, distributor management, or appliance sales.

- Strong understanding of the appliance industry and sales channels.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
