We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager with 15 years of experience in the sales sector to be based in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the EV/3-wheeler segment and a proven track record of driving channel sales. We are looking for someone with an immediate to 30-day notice period.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of strategic and operational tasks aimed at expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving Sales Strategy: Developing and executing regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and grow market share.

- Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborating with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.

- Dealer Network Management: Appointing, managing, and supporting a robust network of dealers and distributors.

- Training & Support: Providing training and ongoing support to the dealer network to enhance their performance.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitoring dealer performance to ensure they meet targets and comply with company policies.

- Reporting & Insights: Tracking sales, revenue, and market share, and providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.

- Team Leadership: Leading sales meetings and conducting performance reviews for the regional sales team.

- Customer & Market Management: Handling customer inquiries and issues, while also identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.

- Brand Representation: Representing the brand at trade shows and industry events to enhance visibility and build relationships.

Requirements:

- Educational Background: A Degree in Business or Marketing is required, with an MBA being preferred.

- Industry Experience: A minimum of 15 years of sales experience, specifically within the EV/3-wheeler segment with a strong focus on channel sales.

- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the electric vehicle market, including key competitors and market dynamics.

- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and successfully achieving sales targets.

- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
