Position: Regional Sales Manager South (Channel Sales / Project Sales) - Adhesives

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Reporting To: National Sales Manager (NSM)

Team Size: 10 to 14 (Area Sales Managers, Area Sales Executives, Area Sales Officers)

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager - South to lead sales and business development efforts across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these regional markets and a proven track record in Channel Sales and Project Sales within the adhesives, laminates, or plywood industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team comprising ASMs, ASEs, and ASOs across the southern region.

- Drive sales and business development through both channel sales and project sales.

- Identify and appoint distributors in both new and existing markets and work on developing their capabilities.

- Manage primary and secondary sales targets and ensure timely achievement.

- Responsible for collections and follow-up on outstanding payments.

- Conduct market analysis, track sales performance, and prepare MIS / sales reports.

- Lead brand building, marketing, and sales promotion activities in the region.

- Establish clear focus for the team, implement growth strategies, and expand into new markets while strengthening the existing customer base.

Candidate Requirements:

- Must be from or have extensive working experience in the southern states (Karnataka, AP, Telangana).

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the adhesive, laminates, or plywood industry.

- Proven leadership in handling regional sales operations and large teams.

- Strong expertise in distributor/channel management, project sales, and territory expansion.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills.
