Job Summary:
We are expanding our Sales team and seeking passionate and driven professionals to drive growth in the rapidly evolving CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, working with cutting-edge solutions in A2P messaging, Bulk SMS, and WhatsApp business communications. If you have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the telecommunications or CPaaS sector, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. -
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CPaaS market. -
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored CPaaS solutions. -
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on CPaaS products and services.
- Manage client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
Product Knowledge & Promotion:
- Develop a deep understanding of our CPaaS products and services, including A2P messaging, Bulk SMS, and WhatsApp business solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our CPaaS offerings to potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client feedback and market trends.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technical support, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Assist in the training and development of junior sales team members (for Regional Manager roles).
Negotiation and Closing:
- Handle contract negotiations and close sales deals.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or CPaaS industry.
- Experience with A2P messaging, Bulk SMS, or WhatsApp business solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience levels will be evaluated to assign the correct level of management.
