Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Bioreactors) - West Region
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead bioreactor sales efforts in the Western region of India.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotech equipment sales, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the West region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Expansion:
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure product offerings meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns specific to the region.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales of bioreactors or related bioprocessing equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the biotech equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of bioreactor technologies and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the Western region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
