About the Job:


As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead sales operations across a designated region, driving business growth, managing key client relationships (including CXO-level stakeholders), and mentoring a team of sales professionals. Youll be responsible for executing enterprise sales strategies for IT, telecom, mobility, and managed services solutions in the corporate space. This is a strategic role with a mix of hunting, farming, account management, and people leadership responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:


- Own the revenue targets and profitability goals for the region


- Plan and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives


- Lead a team of Key Account Managers and other sales staff


- Identify and close new business opportunities in corporate/enterprise segments


- Manage relationships with large clients and engage with CXO/CIO level stakeholders


- Conduct competitor analysis and leverage market insights for growth


- Develop proposals and present value-based solutions to clients


- Maintain CRM discipline and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasting


- Ensure collections and billing efficiency


- Work with cross-functional teamsproduct, marketing, finance, L&Dfor strategic alignment


- Monitor team performance, mentor team members, and ensure capability development


- Drive team engagement, training, and succession planning


Skills and Qualifications Required:


- 12-14 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise IT sales


- At least 5+ years in a leadership role managing sales teams


- Strong exposure to IT solutions, managed services, telecom, or mobility products


- Demonstrated success in both hunting and farming roles


- Ability to create and deliver tailored proposals and presentations


- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills


- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and analytics-driven decision making


- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of profitability and forecasting metrics


- Capable of handling complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure
