About the Job:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead a team of Key Account Managers and other sales staff
- Identify and close new business opportunities in corporate/enterprise segments
- Manage relationships with large clients and engage with CXO/CIO level stakeholders
- Conduct competitor analysis and leverage market insights for growth
- Develop proposals and present value-based solutions to clients
- Maintain CRM discipline and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasting
- Ensure collections and billing efficiency
- Work with cross-functional teamsproduct, marketing, finance, L&Dfor strategic alignment
- Monitor team performance, mentor team members, and ensure capability development
- Drive team engagement, training, and succession planning
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- At least 5+ years in a leadership role managing sales teams
- Strong exposure to IT solutions, managed services, telecom, or mobility products
- Demonstrated success in both hunting and farming roles
- Ability to create and deliver tailored proposals and presentations
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and analytics-driven decision making
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of profitability and forecasting metrics
- Capable of handling complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure
