Experience: 12-15 years
Education: MBA (Preferred)
Role:
- Drive domestic Health Care Division (HCD) - Ethical & Generic sales for the region through strategic planning, budget control, and market share growth.
- Lead the regional sales team, design distribution strategies,
- Expand the customer base across distributorship and direct sales channels to achieve targets.
- Support marketing and trade teams in product launches and promotions to ensure effective product positioning and brand recall.
