Regional Sales Manager

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager.

Location: Mumbai.

Geographical Scope: Western India.

Role Type: People Manager (2nd line Leader role).

YOE : 13+ Years.

Key responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Management:

- Create a positive and productive work environment to achieve team goals efficiently.

- Set clear, achievable goals and ensure team members understand their roles.

- Delegate tasks based on strengths, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.

- Motivate and coach team members, ensuring training and professional development.

- Maintain effective communication and address challenges with problem-solving strategies.

Channel & Sales Management:

- Monitor and ensure adequate product inventory at hospitals through distributor coordination.

- Align distributors with monthly plans to ensure timely execution and avoid sales loss.

- Manage direct hospital business, ensuring rate contracts, supply terms, and inventory levels are defined.

- Deliver primary and secondary sales objectives, drive customer engagement, and manage the sales funnel.

- Focus on product mix to meet business goals and maintain strong market and KOL connections.

Documentation & Compliance:

- Create, organize, and maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulations.

- Ensure documentation is up to date, secure, and accessible.

- Review documents for accuracy, provide feedback, and report findings.

Clinical & Product Excellence:

- Stay updated on clinical studies and market trends to engage with doctors effectively.

- Maintain expertise across the product portfolio and differentiate from competitors.

- Ensure team readiness for new product launches and consistent usage of digital tools for product discussions.

Quality & Process Adherence

Address and escalate any customer complaints or field issues promptly.

Support field corrective actions and ensure all promotional materials are approved before sharing.
