About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team in the assigned region to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies and plans to maximize business opportunities.
- Identify and establish relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders in the stone industry.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team to improve their performance and achieve goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely delivery of products, resolve customer complaints, and handle any escalations professionally.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth business operations.
- Drive new business opportunities and ensure market expansion within the region.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the stone, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the stone and construction market, products, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
