Regional Sales Lead - IT Services


Responsibilities:

Drive Sales in the SEA Market:

- Spearhead and support ongoing discussions with prospective clients by managing follow-ups, communication, and negotiations.

- Engage with current prospects, maintaining regular interactions to move opportunities forward.

Accounts Business Development:

- Drive net new business development, proactively identifying and pursuing new leads.

Collaborate with Leadership:

- Work closely with the Head of Business Development and leadership teams to strategize and execute sales initiatives.

- Be the central point of coordination for SEA sales from Noida HQ, ensuring all opportunities are followed through to closure.

End-to-End Sales Management:

- Own the sales cycle for designated clients, from initial outreach to closure, with minimal supervision.

- Provide timely updates, reports, and forecasts on sales activities and progress.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.

- A minimum of 2 years working with clients in the North America region is essential.

- Basic understanding of the Data C AI space and how it applies to client needs (Not Mandatory)

Skills s Attributes:

- Proven ability to manage accounts and handle net new business development activities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - outspoken, articulate, and proactive.

- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple client relationships and tasks simultaneously.

Independent Contributor:

- Self-driven and capable of managing end-to-end sales processes independently from India.
