Job Title: Regional Sales Lead - Enterprise Business - SEA

Location: Singapore / Jakarta / Kuala Lumpur

The position is open for Residents of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand only

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Lead - Enterprise Business to lead business development and enterprise sales across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. This role is ideal for a sales professional who combines strategic account management with hands-on business development. You will own the region, drive pipeline growth, and engage HR, L&D, and business leaders to expand the adoption of our executive education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regional Market Ownership: Take full responsibility for driving enterprise sales in Southeast Asia, with focus markets in Singapore, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur.

- Lead Generation & Business Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging HR, L&D, and business leaders at enterprise organizations.

- Consultative Sales: Partner with organizations to understand their leadership development needs and design tailored executive education solutions.

- Account Strategy & Execution: Develop structured go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, account planning, outreach campaigns, and revenue forecasting.

- Enterprise Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to establish executive education as a trusted partner in professional learning.

- Pipeline & CRM Discipline: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage opportunities, track progress, and ensure accurate reporting.

- Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams: Work cross-functionally to refine messaging, run targeted campaigns, and co-create regional events or thought leadership sessions.

- Revenue Accountability: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).

- Experience: 8-12 years in enterprise/consultative B2B sales in Southeast Asia.

- Domain Exposure: Strong background in selling to HR, L&D, and business leaders or exposure to corporate training, workforce development, or executive education.

- Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with business cultures and networks in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

- Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and closing enterprise-level deals.

- Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to balance account strategy with active prospecting.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and digital sales strategies.

- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and comfortable with a regional, multi-market scope.
